The room was still full of talk about the great time had in Vegas. One of the best pictures sent back was the one of Steve and Fred, with the accompanying picture of the muppet codgers, Statler and Waldorf. The picture on the right is DoggyNites(Steve) and Manofunn (Fred).

LaNeita reported that she successfully rescued ElvisP19 (Rick) from the aliens. Rick, still a little shaken, begged Laneita not to talk about it too much - he felt the aliens were still watching him. Laneita reassured him that he is still in her custody. WittDNites (Marsha) bragged that she has met a majority of the boomers, Linda and Rick being the next she hopes to meet. (She’s getting the best last.)
People are still talking about the mirror also. No one would really come out and explain, so I just have to guess that it’s one of those mirrors that say “objects in mirror are larger than actual size.”
CHICOPEE:
The Vegas party is still being rehashed, and already plans are being made for one to be held in Chicopee, Massachusetts, to be held Aug 22, 23, and 24. Ruberlegs (Dan) is planning on blocking out 15 rooms at the hotel this coming week. Doggy (Steve) asked Dan to let him know when it’s set up, and he would get the information out to people so they can start making reservations. WineOWitz asked for the honeymoon suite.

Dan indicated he hoped to get the hall at the American Legion and has begun looking for a caterer. Bluesy1234 (Les) asked how near Chicopee is to Arlington, and Dan indicated it was about an hour away. Les indicated he will be in Boston this summer, so he’s thinking of arranging for it to be in August so he could attend the Chicopee party.

Bornsons (Richard) reported that his daughter was married March 22. Congratulations, Richard!
HEALTH
Skieluv (Steve) shared with us the good news that he had received a transfusion on Tuesday, which perked him up. BIGHOW10 advised Skie that Viagra would perk him up too.

Bluesy1234 (Les) asked people how they were planning to spend their rebate check. Bighow reported that it was spent already; and Funnybunny asked, “What rebate check?” Most of us are probably like Howie.

Marnee stopped in visit with us. She actually gave up some of her packrattin' time for us! Desarae417, in Florida, also stopped by to chat. It was great seeing her again.
Frigid wom (Ali) asked ElvisP19 to add her the list of people he sends Wavs to. She also invited Theobears (Ellyn) to visit her. Ellyn replied that she would visit her, fortified with her allergy pills. (She’s allergic to cats, and Ali has a houseful of beautiful Siamest cats.)
